GoGaS metal fibre emitters with a knitted surface are particularly suitable for textile pre-drying. They are very robust against mechanical damage, vibrations or splash water. They are also recommended for their extremely fast heating and cooling behaviour. This guarantees absolute safety in all operating conditions. In the event of a machine stop or web standstill, a supply and exhaust air system ensures immediate cooling in addition to the rapid cooling behaviour of the gas infrared emitters.
The drying capacity can be flexibly adjusted by switching off individual emitters, so that individual rows of emitters can be adapted to different fabric widths. In addition to optimising the dyeing quality, this also results in considerable energy savings.
