Economical and tried and tested
Hard coal, lignite, ores, FGD gypsum or limestone gravel - frozen bulk goods of all kinds can be easily thawed for unloading in winter temperatures using wagon thawing systems. GoGaS presents various types of systems that are technically mature and have proven themselves in tough practical use, not least because they are economical and guarantee gentle handling of the wagons. And as far as the costs are concerned, they are far lower than a loss of production!
The right solution for every situation
As the requirements for our wagon defrosting systems vary greatly, we at GoGaS have developed a wide range of systems to always achieve the best results for you.
-
Waggonauftauanlagen mit Gas-IR-Hellstrahlern
The ECO MONDIA GoGaS wagon defrosting system with gas infrared radiators and underfloor burners has proven to be one of the most cost-effective methods for defrosting wagons. Natural gas or liquid gas is used as heating energy.
-
Wagon defrosting systems with gas IR dark radiators
The use of dark radiators is an economical alternative for completely frozen wagons. Dark radiators have a significantly lower surface temperature than light radiators.
-
Wagon defrosting systems with electric IR radiators
ECO MONDIA GoGaS wagon defrosting systems with electric infrared radiators only differ from defrosting systems with gas infrared radiators in terms of the energy used. The number of side heating cabinets per wagon length is identical to the gas infrared system.
-
Wagon thawing systems with electric IR emitters
Defrosting with warm air is used wherever gas is not available or cannot be used for other reasons. ECO MONDIA GoGaS wagon defrosting systems with warm air can be operated with all available energy sources.
-
Underfloor burner
Gas underfloor burners ensure that the entire wagon is defrosted. They heat the underside of the wagon and also reach covered areas thanks to the convection heat of the exhaust gases.
