Energy efficiency and amortization were at the forefront when selecting the heating and cooling technology at the new location of WLC WürthLogistik GmbH & Co. KG.
The owner of the 8,600 m2 property is the Hamprecht forwarding company, which selected the decentralized heating and cooling solution from GoGaS together with WLC and the architecture firm Grups.
The solution consists of a combination of several components that enable optimum temperature control in all rooms.
Fazit
With this solution, the investment costs could be reduced by 50%. In terms of operating costs, the operator saves approx. 25% (compared to alternative proposals).
