LUBI Wall solar air system

Regenerative energy for fresh air and comfortable warmth

LUBI Wall is a highly efficient solar air system. Fossil-free, it supports the heating, ventilation and cooling of buildings.

The operating principle is very simple: solar energy is converted into heat via the air medium - without intermediate storage. This means that the warm fresh air is directly available for heating or processes such as drying technology.

The solar radiation penetrates the highly permeable polycarbonate of the panels and reaches the rear wall - either directly the house façade or a specially attached cladding that acts as a "solar absorber". It is precisely at this point that the solar radiation is converted into heat and forms a layer of air behind the panels that is up to 45 Kelvin above the ambient temperature.

The highlight

Highly efficient fans draw fresh air evenly into the system through 902 small perforations in each individual panel. This mixes with the warm air layer and continues to heat up at the absorber, ensuring a consistently high level of efficiency.

The warm air is used flexibly: directly for heating and ventilation, as process heat or as part of the drying technology.

Upgrading the facade

The patented LUBI Wall solar air system is either planned directly during construction or installed subsequently on the external façade. In addition to aesthetic benefits, LUBI Wall offers optimum thermal and weather protection.

UV-resistant, resistant to wind and snow, LUBI Wall protects the façade from the effects of the weather and reduces transmission heat losses.
